G3 (he/him/his)
Graduate Student in Computing and Mathematical Sciences
Hi everyone, I am Tinashe Handina, a G3 in the CMS department at Caltech. I am currently co-advised by professors Adam Wierman and Eric Mazumdar. My research lies at the intersection of machine learning, online algorithms, and economics. I particularly focus on what happens when learning algorithms are deployed in strategic settings. Before joining Caltech, I earned a BSE in Computer Science from Princeton.
I am eager to meet everyone and build bridges and connections within the broader EAS community. I look forward to further deepening our bonds and finding new ways to support all students . Outside of my academic pursuits, I enjoy finding new ways to keep active while indulging in my favorite TV shows.
